My question is, where do people learn to act like that and why is he "leading" young men at an institution of higher learning? His actions epitomoze the actions of a bully. If I did that at my job, I would be shown the door immediately. This Kelly guy is a complete Asshole. This says a lot about Notre Dame as an institution as well.
